Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

A hint of peach (and peach yoghurt) in the fragrance. Also "stony" notes. The palate focusses on the soil type, with clear mineral components, a well-judged phenolics character and a firmly structured, well-integrated acidity. Puristic and kitsch-free, very mature.
