Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.04.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Stewed apples, mango and nutmeg, a rather opulent and yet quite clear aroma. On the palate, the wine develops a lot of juiciness, a very delicate phneolics and a fine hint of carbonic acid that underlines the body. The acidity appears ripe, the sweetness creates a balance at the transition from dry to delicately tart. Composed with understanding.
