A light gold in colour. The nose hints at ripeness and richness with aromas of charentais melon, chestnut puree and red apple. Also a little flint. The palate reveals a dense, juicy and substantial wine with a mineral character. Dense phenolics and a juicy acidity provide sufficient structure for a development towards texture.
