Tasting Notes
On the nose there is a subtle oak character, and some vegetable corn, but also spiciness, with very slightly raisin-like aromas. There are two poles on the palate. On the one hand it has a distinctly supple base. On the other it has substance and an emphatically firm acid backbone. There are undertones of lime minerality, and the finish reveals the full power of the wine. It still needs time.
More about the tastingSubtle wood, closed varietal aromas, flax, corn, hazelnut. With air contact also peppery. Tight structure on the palate, firm acid backbone, but also pronounced in fruit, a nice balance of body and structure, compact with a very good perspective.
