Fine and concentrated aroma, herbal spice, thyme, sage, apricots, fresh honeydew melon, honeycomb, floral hints, violets. A supple attack on the palate with a balance of smoothness and herbal freshness, well-integrated acidity, juicy fruit, powerful and elegant at the same time, mineral and salty on the finish, an ideal companion at the table.
