Tasting Notes
Dark ruby with an opaque core, purple reflections and delicate edge brightening. Finely spiced red sweet-cherry fruit, red fruits of the forest and liquorice underlaid with floral aspects of violets and hibiscus, herbs, but also lime zest. Full-bodied, elegant palate with a juicy texture, ripe sweet cherry, subtle fruit expression, fine, supporting tannins and finesse-rich acidity. Mineral-taut and close-meshed on the finish, it lingers for a very long time. Secure development and certain ageing potential.
