The rosé wine »Maxxim« Rosé trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Jakob Neumer OhG has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Medium salmon pink in colour, aromas of ripe raspberries, strawberries, yellow gooseberries and mirabelle plums. Lean construction, the first juicy and supple impression is pithy due to the vivid acidity, some fizz reinforces the fresh impression, medium structure, finely meshed extract, good with food.
