Tasting Notes
The first Riesling already sets the tone: 0.4 grams of residual sugar, that is truly dry. Fascinatingly austere on the nose, it needs air; mineral notes and apple skin behind it. Beautiful flow on the palate with medium density. Austere but ripe.
