Lots of slate on the nose, blood orange, ripe citrus fruit. Elegant on the palate, very fine, has a civilised acidity, measured sweetness, lots of juiciness, grapefruit, playful, little viscosity, a wonderfully gluggable Auslese with a mineral character, fresh finish.
