Tasting Notes
Day 1: Intense aroma, ripe, bright fruit, mirabelle plum, peach blossom, apricot, licorice, flint, rock flour, dense and complex. Lively acidity on the palate, gripping, firm, ripe citrus fruit, carried by the brilliant minerality, juicy and long. Day 2: Peach blossom, passion fruit on the nose, fruit on the whole, tangerine abrasion. Gripping on the palate, the fruit is also more prominent here, grippy, phenols more present, long. Day 3: Apricot, candied orange peel, sweet peach, licorice, passion fruit and some hot stone on the nose. Gripping phenols on the palate, fruit is now somewhat less present, appears stonier and more closed.
