Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Candied fruit, apricot, pineapple and blond caramel, but also mineral and spicy, almost iodine-like tones. The palate still has tension and texture, the acidity dominates at the beginning, before fruit and a layer of creaminess give volume and create an impression of richness. Finally, intensely mineral.
