The white wine Salis Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Oberstein has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Sparkling in the glass, light gold. On the nose, freshly squeezed lemon, yellow apple, subtle hints of aniseed, vanilla sugar and honey. Rich, full-bodied on the palate, with a creamy texture and beautiful freshness at the same time, round, smooth, with a slightly salty undertone, aerate in the carafe one hour beforehand for full enjoyment.
