Some notes of spontaneous fermentation on the nose, with smoky hints, spice, yeast and herbs mingling with yellow-fruity notes. Plenty of volume on the palate which is stuffed with solid, soft base supporting savoury, mineral development and some cultivated phenolics. Vinified dry, this has length and certain ageing potential.
