Pithy aroma of red apple, smoke, some pear, followed by ripe gooseberry and blackcurrant, later tangerine zest. Juicy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, noticeable sweetness, beautiful creaminess, sweet citrus fruit, beautiful smooth texture.
