Tasting Notes
Very ripe nectarine, kiwi, yeast. On the palate with a dry, pithy attack, then with tightly bundled extract, mineral notes, a layer of suppleness in the background that remains (almost) hidden behind the phenolic-mattery mid-palate, good length, ambitious extraction, still very young.
