Tasting Notes
The nose promises complexity with its trinity of cherry, smoke and forest floor. The palate does indeed come with resonant hinterland, uniting fruit, texture and freshness into something that is smooth, understated and greater than the sum of its parts. Fine freshness highlights everything, suppleness and concentration do the rest. The finish rings with white pepper.
