Very dense and complex aroma with grilled green asparagus, mustard seeds, honeydew melon, tomato leaf and some cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is also very dense with an exciting development: initially with sweet savouriness and lemon balm, then stone fruit, coffee, mineral-smoky, taut, with the right tannin grip and salty length.
