Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright silver green. Slightly reductive on the nose, then citrus fruit, lime and mint, with a hint of flint, reminiscent of white chocolate on the finish. On the palate it shows with racy green savouriness and taut acidity, vivid fruit core with a slight texture, clear fruit, great length, persistent.
