The white wine »Rheinschiefer« Hallgarten Riesling trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Peter Jakob Kühn has been rated in 2016 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Still clearly reductive, almonds, spontaneous fermentation, but also white pepper, pine brushwood, mugwort. Soft on the palate, then phenolic, closed richness, enormously young, finishes highly elegant despite its fullness, very individual wine.
