Fine herbal notes of spontaneous fermentation, apricot and peach, nutty plait, also a hint of hops. Full of tension on the palate with good balance, the precise and long acidity is well woven in and blends well with the sweetness. The noticeable phenolics contribute to the complexity, with citric notes in the finish. Will mature well for a long time.
