Slate, almost petrol, leathery, but also blueberry and sea buckthorn, very dense on the palate, full-bodied with a distinctive acidity, still very compact and young, medium-bodied on the palate, a beautiful juiciness accompanying the fruit, a great pairing with hearty dishes, such as roast venison.
