Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

The colour of this Portugieser is pale red with brownish reflections. Its aroma is quite interesting. It is reminiscent of grilled watermelon and fresh strawberries, with some ripe aromas of dried raisins. It shows tension on the palate. Acidity and gentle tannins give it tension and grip. Light-footed, yet grown-up.
