Pale yellow colour with fine bubbles. Fresh on the nose with apple notes, ripe citrus fruit and subtle light berries and yeasty notes. Slender on the palate with a very fine, elegant mousse and juicy acidity. A dry wine that is never tiring thanks to its texture. Long finish with notes of apples.
