Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.12.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy entrée, bay leaf, sage, cedar wood, sour cherries, dark berries, pomegranate, dried mint, dark chocolate. Concentrated and dense on the palate, present fine-grained tannins closely fused with fresh fruit and fine acid vein, mineral base, elegant, powerful and cool at the same time, with further potential.
