Medium yellow in colour, ripe aroma, melon, pear, pumpkin peel and flax, also yellow fruity notes like apricot. Shows good balance on the palate, punchy with good extract, stable and precise acidity, savouriness that turns into slight piquancy, yellow fruit and pear, good length and certain ageing potential.
