Tasting Notes
Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Fresh herbal savouriness on the nose, ripe gooseberries, minerality, a hint of lychee, delicate pineapple. Juicy, full-bodied and elegant on the palate with fine yellow stone fruit nuances, fine acid structure and a savoury touch. It lasts a long time with discreet fruit sweetness in the back palate and has great future ageing potential.
