Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green. Yellow fruit nuances with a fine nutty touch, a hint of caramel and cookie, herbal spice, needs plenty of air. Full-bodied on the palate, juicy yellow fruit notes, fine acidity, hints of ripe pear, mineral aftertaste, lemony touch, powerful, somewhat fiery finish.
