Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. Fresh black berry fruit on the nose, dark cherries, some cassis and liquorice, fresh minerality and delicate tobacco savouriness. Complex and juicy with a pronounced fruit core on the palate. Taut, ripe tannins, tightly meshed and long lasting, blackberries in the aftertaste, salty-mineral echo, great ageing potential.
