Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Inviting dark berry confit, background with delicate savoury notes, animalistic touch, a hint of candied orange zest, fine sweetness, a multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, ripe blackberry fruit, firm tannins that are perfectly integrated, chocolatey texture on the finish, shows good freshness, lingers for a very long time, mineral aftertaste, has great certain ageing potential, fine cherry fruit in the aftertaste.
