Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose: green apple, spontaneous fermentation, also "stony" undertones. The palate is flanked by a lively acidity with subtle sweetness, the typical Kabinett lightness is well redeemed, yet the wine certainly has extract and substance, and should continue to mature very well for a few years, towards spiciness.
