Spicy aromas emanate from the glass, with notes of hay, freshly ground nutmeg, pear, green apple, quince, chervil and tarragon. Full-bodied and textured on the palate, ripe fruit with well-integrated acidity and a subtle savouriness, lean in alcohol with good extract. An individual style.
