A pale salmon pink in colour. The aroma is peppery, smoky, reductive, but also fruit-driven: rosehip, sweet cherry. On the palate the wine exudes a dignified form of freshness, the acidity gives tension without being harsh, the tactile minerality gives the wine something noble, although at the same time it comes across as really "quaffable". Very complete, quite balanced, and fine.
