Pastel, salmon pink. On the nose, notes of strawberry and raspberry with a subtle hint of yeast. Despite being a Brut Nature, the wine is quite harmonious on the palate, with sweet fruit and a fine mousse that emphasizes the delicate mineral notes. A cultivated Aperitif.
