Dense aroma with dried citrus peel, wormwood, chamomile, ripe pear, all characterised by a nutty, yeasty-sweet autolysis aroma, at the same time with a mineral background. Creamy, finely integrated mousse that provides structure without being overpowering, warm and savoury, a great accompaniment to food.
