A subtle toasty wood underpins a slightly citrusy, slightly cereal-like varietal aroma. On the palate, very fine phenolics, firm acidity and vivid tactile minerality create a homogeneous and at the same time light-hearted drive - a very elegant and at the same time high-potential structure.
