Tasting Notes
An open, floral flavour pours out of the glass, almost lilac, also some nut nougat, then passion fruit. The palate is taut and still immensely young, a striking acidity creates tension and tension, but there is still plenty of substance and minerality: has further certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingColour like a young wine. A berryish aroma, only very slightly accentuated by wood. Buttery undertones. The wine is still very lively on the palate, with contrasting zesty acidity and a ripe, round texture, and full-bodied reserves that herald further ageing potential. Culinary - and intensely mineral.
