A rich bouquet of ripe bananas, quince, and subtle tart notes. Hints of walnut and caramel. Subtle herbal spice. On the palate, dense fruitiness, elegant smoothness, and fine balance. A supportive vein of acidity in the finish. An excellent accompaniment to food.
