Tasting Notes
A subtle spontaneous-fermentation tone and notes from the used wooden barrel define a Chardonnay that is not about fruit, but about terroir. In the mouth, the wine has a taut, demanding acidity, but then also a radiant chalky minerality. Burgundian in concept, it is mineral and designed for ageing in bottle.
