Tasting Notes
A hint of wood, yellow fruit and peach on the nose, with some limestone shell too. In the mouth there's very good proportions thanks to the ripe acidity and powerful alcohol, making for a sturdy and intensely salty, limestone-mineral Pinot Blanc with certain ageing potential.
