A concentrated bouquet of wild strawberries, smoky minerality, and fresh herbal notes. Hints of mint and ripe Elster apples. A powerful attack on the palate with a dense, velvety texture and delicately balanced acidity. A concentrated Kabinett with delicate, uplifting notes and a creamy finish.
