Delicate salmon pink with silver highlights. The nose immediately reveals this natural wine with subtle oxidative notes, delicate hints of dried figs and nuts, underpinned by red berry fruit. Very light on the palate, with hints of cherries and nougat, fine acidity, a silky, lively style—ideal for hot days.
