Tasting Notes
Dark gold, tertiary aromas with vanilla-like phenolic components, also ethereal, herbs: sage. Old wood. After air contact more and more intense savoury elements. Discreetly attacking acidity in the mouth, stout mid-palate, juicy, surprisingly lively finish with ultimately highly condensed acidity on the finish. Seems dry, though the sweetness might be somewhere between semi-dry and fruity. An impeccably natural impression. .
