Fine aroma, fresh lemons, green apple, orange blossom, lemon balm, mint, white flowers. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, enveloped by a lot of spice, peppery, woody spice, acidity with tension, structured and well-balanced, beautiful length, an excellent accompaniment to stronger dishes.
