Tasting Notes
10 months on the skins. Compote of blueberries, white pepper, ethereal spicy touch, silky initially on the palate and then with powerful drive and build-up, substantial phenols, to bite, well-integrated acidity, still compact with ethereal, "cool" flavours on the finish, dense and long, smacky.
