The white wine »Grande« Scheurebe trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Rothe has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Franconia in Germany.
Lush varietal savouriness, grapefruit and blackcurrant, almond and flint. The palate is full of extract, a lively acidity and clearly tactile mineral aspects are firmly woven into the body, the finish is compact and youthful. This will take on an opulent flavour with further bottle ageing.
