The white wine Gelber Traminer Noble Reserve, vintage 2011 from the winery Weingut Salomon Undhof has been rated in 2014 with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gewürztraminer from the region Kremstal in Austria.
Light yellow-green in colour, with silver reflections. Nuances of marshmallow paste and a a hint of rose oil, a typical varietal bouquet, delicately underlined with honey. Powerful and juicy on the palate with a core of ripe yellow fruit, it hides its muscles behind a carpet of flavours, leaving a silky and persistent impression. Very good length, and certain ageing potential.
