Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Dark berry fruit underlaid with a hint of liquorice, fine touch of wood. Juicy, elegant texture, ripe cherries, fine tannins, some nougat, good persistency, a harmonious food wine with ageing potential.
