Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, violet glints, paler hues at the rim. Enticing aroma of plums and sweet spiced wood, some wild berry jam, attractive bouquet. Juicy, round and balanced, delicate tannins followed by black cherry fruit on the finish. Exhibits airy resplendence with a slight caramel aftertaste. Good ageing potential
More about the tastingDeep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Inviting notes of ripe black cherries, plums, some cassis, vanilla and fine precious wood in the background. Juicy and dense, cool fruit aromas, present, finely spiced tannins, chocolaty roasted aromas on the finish, shows very good length, pronounced in sweet cherry fruity, Valrhona chocolate touch on the finish, has definite ageing potential.
