Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, violet glints, delicately brighter at the rim. An intense dark nougat scent, followed by spicy notes, dark cherries, blackberry jam, delicate hints of bourbon vanilla, and high-grade wood nuances. Juicy, powerful, black fruit of the forest, firm, flanked by supportive tannins with minerality on the palate. Dark nougat, a little lovage, savoury reverberations. Definite ageing potential, still needs time.
