Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate rim brightening. Delicate notes of black olive, tapenade, dark berry confit, a hint of liquorice, intense bouquet. Juicy, ripe cassis, liquorice, powerful tannins, chocolaty texture, delicate sweetness, mineral finish, still needs some time, already a savoury food companion.
